Advertising signs production process requirements:

1, aluminum alloy profile requirements: 

① Aluminum alloy profiles and commonly used plastic material accessories should meet the quality requirements of aluminum alloy plate profiles。 

② The angular base deviation of aluminum alloy profiles is less than 1 degree。 

③平面间隙<=0.4%*B(B is the profile width)。 

2, acrylic signs processing requirements:  

④ Acrylic die hot bending forming, size and shape are consistent, no bubbles and scratches on the surface。 

⑤ After hot bending, the surface is treated with coarse sand, fine sand and grinding to ensure that the surface is smooth without steps。 

After completion, the surface luster is soft and uniform, no particles, no bubbles, uniform light transmission。 

3, stainless steel process requirements:  

(1) The stainless steel plate must be gouged and bent (the stainless steel plate must be gouged and then bent to ensure the edge is straight);Ensure that the arc Angle R at the bending point is less than 1MM。  

② Remove the surface oil before welding to reduce the defects such as virtual welding, porosity, cracks and so on。 

③ After welding, polish all visible welds smoothly, as smooth as the surrounding surface, without obvious scratches。

 4, paint process requirements:  

① A series of surface treatments such as cleaning surface residue, filling ash, grinding, etc。  

② The use of environmentally friendly high-quality paint baking paint treatment。The paint room shall have no dust particles workshop, and the surface coating of the paint shall be coated three times and baked three times, and the coating thickness shall be greater than or equal to 35 microns。 

③ Paint color should meet the requirements of the design scheme。  

④ The paint film should be smooth and uniform, and no flow marks, wrinkles, orange peel, bubbles, inclusions and other defects affecting the decorative effect are allowed。
